Training

PDP has trained numerous dealers in the Northeast at our facility in Brookfield CT, as well as at satellite locations from Maine to Virginia. Trainings can be flexible to meet your needs, and include a combination of hands-on trouble shooting or demos, classroom style presentations, and even beginner electrical wiring exercises. Our experienced technicians and engineers provide technical and sales training for all of the equipment we proudly represent.

Authorized FAAC Repair Center

An authorized FAAC repair center for nearly 25 years, PDP can repair all FAAC hydraulic operators, often within a 24 hour period. Our vast inventory of tested, certified rebuilt operators are available for purchase and are often used in a crunch.

PreWire Service

Any given operator system may combine 5-10 different manufacturer’s accessories. We provide a prewired and pre-programmed system for a plug-and-play installation. Whether it is wireless edge kits, heater kits, preprogrammed RFID tags, access timer schedules, or even just labeling field terminations, PDP can provide your techs an easier, more efficient install.
